Accessibility statement
Our commitment to making care accessible to everyone.
Women's Care of New Jersey is committed to making our website and our offices accessible to all patients, including those with disabilities.
Website accessibility
We strive to follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards. This means we work to make our website usable with screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, and other assistive technologies.
What we do
- Provide alternative text for images that convey meaning
- Maintain clear colour contrast for text
- Use semantic HTML for proper screen reader support
- Support keyboard navigation throughout the site
- Provide clear focus indicators
- Allow text to be resized without breaking the layout
Office accessibility
Our Totowa office is wheelchair accessible. Our exam rooms accommodate patients with mobility needs. Please call ahead if you need specific accommodations so we can prepare for your visit.
Language access
We speak English and Spanish at our office. If you need an interpreter for another language, please let us know in advance so we can arrange one.
Reporting concerns
If you encounter accessibility barriers on our website or in our offices, please let us know. We take accessibility seriously and will work to address any issues.
